Night Security Coordinator

Position Summary

The Security Coordinator is responsible for communicating with managers, clients and vendors, help solve any billing issues and help coworkers with follow ups.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Communicate Effectively with Vendors, Managers and Clients
  • Answer Phones and Group Line
  • Follow Up with the NTFU Que as Needed
  • Complete Follow up on assigned WO’s
  • Keep Emails Organized
  • Cover On-Call Shift When Require
  • Source New Vendors When Necessary
  • Negotiating pricing w/ vendors when setting up WO
  • IVR Check In/Out, Update Double Systems & ETA’s When Required
  • Manage Individual Follow-Up Que- Run Standard Work Orders as Assigned
  • Fix Accounting Issues If Required
  • Complete Quarterly/Annual Self Evaluations
